Drumageddon

Students will learn compositional techniques inspired/influenced by the work of drumming greats such as Niel Pert, Keith Moon, John Bonahm, Jimmy Chamberline, and so much more. Each student will pick a tune from one of the fabulous drummers mentioned above and will perform the tune live in a recital at the end of the week. Students will also be introduced to the concepts of polyrhythm, syncopation, and how these concepts are used not just in rock n roll, but also in the world of drumline, culminating in a group performance of an original drumline composition at the recital.

100% refund up to 30 days prior to first day of camp.
